How do I get from Oslo Airport Gardermoen to Oslo City Center?
By Train (Recommended)
The train takes about 20 minutes to and from the city center. Take the Airport Express Train to Oslo Central Station (Oslo S). From there follow the signs to the taxi stand. The Airport Express Train departs every 10 minutes and costs approximately 180 NOK (Approx. 22 USD).You can also take the NSB-train to Oslo S. This is a slightly cheaper alternative (95 NOK/Approx. 11 USD).
If you prefer to take a taxi from the airport, we recommend you go to the taxi information desk in the arrivals hall. The taxi information desk has information about the fixed rates of the different companies that operate out of Oslo Airport. You will need to book your taxi there for the fixed rate. The taxi stand is immediately outside the arrivals hall.
When do I need to be at the air port for departure?
For international flights we recommend to be at the air port two hours before your flight.
